I grew up in the beautiful town of Taupo, New Zealand, and after studying and some travel, I have returned. I studied a Bachelor of Contemporary Music in Invercargill, where I majored in vocals, and I also play guitar, ukulele, piano, and drums. I'm a trained Barista, and I have experience in maintaining accounts - both payables and receivables.
Being both a creative and logical person, web development is an industry I feel that I thrive in. The opportunities to learn are endless, as there are always new techniques and concepts to grasp. And the ability to create a beautiful, intuitive, and responsive website from a blank canvas will never cease to amaze me.
I'm a detail-orientated, quality-driven, and forward-thinking individual. I like to do things right the first time. I think of development as a puzzle - making all the required pieces fit together, in the correct way, to build an exceptional product for the client.

Unfortunately, this site was never published, as the events were taken on by another group. This project was a lot of fun, and a great learning experience.

This project went through a number of iterations before settling on the current design. The clients receive a lot of business through the site, and they are really pleased with the final product.

The website features a lifestyle hero video, which autoplays on all devices. It is fully-responsive, and has semi-transparent blocks over fixed backgrounds.
The client is extremely pleased with his new website, and is already receiving enquiries. It was a real pleasure to develop.
